TableSnap Pro – Instant Table & List Data Exporter ("the Extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it is processed, and why your data remains completely under your control.

1. Zero Data Collection Policy

TableSnap Pro does not collect, store, track, or transmit any personal information, browsing history, or extracted webpage content to our servers or any third-party analytics services.

2. Local In-Browser Processing

All webpage scanning, HTML table parsing, repeating list extraction, data cleaning, and file exports (CSV, TSV, Excel .xlsx, JSON, and Markdown) are performed 100% locally within your browser on your device. Extracted files are saved directly from your browser memory to your local computer or clipboard.

3. License Key Verification (Optional Pro Upgrade)

If you choose to purchase and activate a Pro license key, the Extension sends only your license key string and a generic browser instance identifier directly to LemonSqueezy (https://api.lemonsqueezy.com), our merchant of record, solely to validate your license status. Your activation status is stored locally on your device using Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local).

4. Permissions Justification

• sidePanel: Displays the live data preview table and export controls alongside your active webpage.
• tabs & host_permissions (<all_urls>): Allows the Side Panel to scan tables and repeating lists on whichever website you choose to extract data from.
• scripting: Injects the visual element picker and table parser into the active tab when requested.
• storage: Saves your Pro license activation state locally in your browser.
• contextMenus: Provides a right-click shortcut to open TableSnap Pro on any page.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer any user data to third parties. We do not use user data for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending purposes.
